We make sure no patient call is ever missed
Pulse Analytics builds the modern front office for appointment-driven healthcare — software that recognizes every caller the moment they ring, and answers with a human-like voice when no one can.
The phone is the front door. We refuse to leave it unguarded.
In most practices, the phone is where appointments start — and where revenue quietly leaks. Front-desk teams are overwhelmed during the day and the line goes dark after hours. We started Pulse Analytics to close that gap completely.
So we built two products around a single idea: every inbound call should end in recognition or a booking. Screen Pop brings the patient onto the screen the instant they call. Night Watcher answers and books when the desk can't. Together, on one secure backbone, they cover the entire life of a call — on the clock and off.

Principles we build by
Patients first
Software should make care feel personal. Recognizing a caller by name is a small thing that changes the whole conversation.
Security is not optional
We encrypt credentials, isolate every tenant, and verify every webhook — by default, not as an upsell. Patient data earns no shortcuts.
Real-time or it didn't happen
A pop that arrives after "hello" is useless. We obsess over the seconds between a ring and the information that makes it matter.
Native, not bolted on
We speak the tools you already run — GoTo Connect, Dentrix Ascend, Vapi — so adoption is a connection, not a migration.
Own the whole call
Half a solution still drops half your calls. We cover the entire lifecycle — recognized when staffed, captured when not.
Measured by booked chairs
Vanity metrics don't fill schedules. We tie call activity to the outcome that matters: more confirmed visits.
How Pulse Analytics came together
An observation at the front desk
We watched receptionists scramble through practice software on every call — and watched after-hours calls ring out to voicemail. The phone was the busiest, least-supported channel in the building.
Screen Pop, to recognize every caller
We built a service that matches inbound GoTo Connect calls against Dentrix Ascend and pops the patient's chart in seconds — delivered through a lightweight Chrome extension and desktop notification.
Night Watcher, to answer when no one can
Recognizing callers solved the day. For nights, lunches, and overflow, we built an AI voice receptionist on Vapi that answers, books, and emails the owner — turning missed calls into booked visits.
One platform for the entire call
We unified both products on a single multi-tenant, encrypted, RLS-isolated backbone with one real-time dashboard — Pulse Analytics, the operating system for the front desk.
